Return Policy
At The Kori Lane Collection, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or worn extensions.
• Inspection: All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival. If the return meets the above conditions, a store credit will be issued.
• Store Credit: Approved returns will receive store credit only. No refunds will be provided.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
