Return Policy
At The Kori Lane Collection, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, returns are accepted under the following conditions:
• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Condition of Product: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or worn extensions.
• Inspection: All returned items will be carefully inspected upon arrival. If the return meets the above conditions, a store credit will be issued.
• Store Credit: Approved returns will receive store credit only. No refunds will be provided.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
Our Hair Colors
We do our best to show our hair extensions as true-to-color as possible. However, please keep in mind that colors can look slightly different in person due to screen resolution, device settings, and lighting.

Are your extensions real human hair?
We believe that hair should feel as good as it looks. We source the finest hair with gorgeous, customized color options and multiple length options. Our hair extensions are designed to move, shine and elevate your confidence with the most seamless, and natural blends.
Can I color my extensions?
One of the most common questions we get is “Can I color my extensions?” The answer is yes… with a few important guidelines!
Because our extensions are made from 100% human hair, they can be toned or darkened just like natural hair. However, we don’t recommend lightening or bleaching extensions, as this can compromise the integrity of the hair and shorten its lifespan.
If you’re looking to refresh your tone, blend your extensions with your natural color, or add depth and dimension, toning or depositing color is the way to go.
Our favorite color line for extensions is Redken Shades EQ. It’s a gentle, ammonia-free gloss that delivers beautiful results while keeping the hair soft, shiny, and healthy.
To ensure the best outcome, always have your extensions colored by a professional stylist experienced in working with extension hair. They’ll know exactly how to achieve your desired tone while maintaining the quality and longevity of your investment.
